Illustrator / Composition Designer

Job Description

Bridge Bharat is seeking an illustrator to contribute to the development of a new body of collectible textile woks.

Working closely with our creative team, you'll develop original drawings that are interpreted by master artisans through embroidery. We're looking for a practice that is rigorous, contemporary and deeply attentive to form.

Someone who:

• Has a strong command of composition, line and spatial relationships.
• Works confidently with abstraction, geometry and visual systems
• Can translate ideas into refined, resolved drawings
• Is curious about the dialogue between contemporary art, material practice and Indian craft traditions
• Is proficient in Adobe Illustrator / Procreate and leading raster and vector drawing softwares, along with collaborative design tools such as Figma.

Illustrators, graphic designers, architects, textile designers and artists with a distinctive visual practice are encouraged to apply.
