Responsibilities

• Create original characters, weapons, vehicles, backgrounds and prop concept artwork
• Take directions from art directors, team leaders to ensure deliverable requirements are met.
• Ensure that all artwork meets the production's technical and artistic standards
• Use digital software and traditional art techniques to create high-quality illustrations and designs 
• Revise and make changes to artwork as necessary based on feedback from the production team and art director
• Work efficiently with attention to detail while working to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and processes

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of experience in Outsourcing/ Game Development Company
• Proficient in digital art software such as Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or Procreate 
• Experienced in creating original concept art across multiple disciplines and styles, including Character, Environment, Hard Surface, Vehicle. 
• Demonstrate a good understanding of anatomy, perspective, lighting and composition and color theory in their artwork.
• Willingness to receive feedback and make necessary revisions to artwork quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current trends and popular anime styles in the industry and ability to reproduce these styles.
• Working knowledge of 3D software e.g. Maya, Max, Blender, Zbrush is a plus
• Communication: Clearly conveying ideas and actively listening to others.
