Illustrator and Concept Artist (Animation)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality illustrations and visual concepts for animation with high resolution (4K or more).
• Adapt artwork across multiple formats, channels and platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with writers, experts, designers, and marketing teams to develop cohesive visual storytelling and smooth production workflows.
• Maintain visual consistency across characters, environments, and all creative outputs.
• Deliver assets on schedule and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the creative process.
• Working arrangement = Primarily remote, with required onsite attendance 2-3 times per month.

Kualifikasi

• 2–3 years of professional illustration or concept artist experience, preferably in animation, children's publishing, or related creative industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration skills, the ability to work within established character and visual guidelines, and versatility across different artistic styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) and/or illustration tools such as Krita, or Clip Studio Paint.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver production-ready artwork with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, concepting, excellent collaboration skills, and openness to feedback.
