Senior 3D Artist (Unannounced Internal IP)

Job Description
Prismatic Studios has spent years partnering with teams around the world to help build ambitious games and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine. Now, we’re taking the next step in our journey.
We are developing our first original internal IP and are looking for a Senior 3D Artist to help define and lead the visual development of the game.
This role is for an artist with strong generalist skills across the 3D art pipeline. We are looking for someone who is comfortable contributing across multiple areas of development, from environments, characters or props to materials, optimisation, technical problem solving, and in-engine implementation, while also helping guide and support the growth of the art team as the project evolves.
You will work closely with design, engineering, and production to help establish the visual direction, quality standards, and workflows for the project while contributing directly to the creation of high-quality game-ready art.
This is a full-time employment position with a preference for candidates based on-site in Auckland, New Zealand. For the right candidate, remote work within New Zealand may be considered. Please note, you must have the right to work in New Zealand to be eligible for this position.
We highly value diversity. Regardless of disability, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or any other aspect of your culture or identity, you have an important role to play in our team.
