We are currently hiring an Illustrator Drawing Teacher / Illustration Mentor to be part of our creative and educational journey.

About the Role

We are looking for an Illustration Mentor with skills in both traditional and digital illustration.

We are seeking passionate educators who genuinely enjoy mentoring students, not only the most talented ones, but also those who are shy or still finding their confidence, and who are committed to bringing out the best in every learner.

You will join a diverse and inclusive instructor community, facilitating small-group learning sessions focused on illustration mindset and techniques for students of all ages: children, teenagers, adults, and parents.

Your Role:

• Teach and mentor students in illustration, including illustration techniques, personal style development, and technical skill improvement
• Evaluate student artwork and provide constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement and offering clear guidance for development
• Develop and update learning materials relevant to illustration instruction
• Lead discussion sessions to share experiences, techniques, and creative processes in the illustration industry
• Motivate students to explore new ideas and build confidence as illustrators
• Provide guidance on career paths as a professional illustrator and how to build a strong portfolio
• Maintain positive communication with students and provide the support they need to grow

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Graphic Design, Illustration, Art Education, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an illustration mentor or teacher
• Strong ability to teach and explain illustration concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way
• Proficient in illustration tools, both digital (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate) and traditional media
• Ability to teach in English
• Creative, patient, and able to provide motivating and supportive guidance to students
