About the Role
We are seeking a 3D Artist to create high-quality assets within an Unreal Engine–first, real-time production pipeline. This role focuses on delivering production-ready assets that balance visual fidelity, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple visual styles, understands real-time constraints, and collaborates closely with creative and technical partners in a fast-moving production environment.
This role will support the development of stylized, high-quality content for kids and family audiences, requiring a strong sense of shape language, appeal, and readability.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D assets for use in real-time Unreal Engine pipelines
- Work across a wide range of visual styles, with an emphasis on stylized and appealing designs for kids and family content
- Build clean, efficient meshes optimized for real-time rendering and performance
- Author, implement, and iterate on materials using Unreal Engine’s material system
- Prepare, optimize, and integrate static meshes within Unreal Engine
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and technical team members to meet creative, performance, and production goals
- Support asset optimization, iteration, and scalability across production
- Help establish, document, and maintain best practices for asset creation and real-time integration
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience creating 3D assets for real-time engines, particularly Unreal Engine
- Proficiency with DCC tools such as Blender
- Solid understanding of Unreal Engine static mesh and material workflows
- Experience with both hard-surface and organic modeling
- Ability to adapt to multiple art styles and visual directions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly document workflows and best practices
Pluses
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine lighting and rendering workflows
- Experience working within real-time or hybrid DCC-to-engine pipelines
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced production environments
- Interest in emerging tools and workflows that improve efficiency and iteration
