About the Internship
We are offering a 6-month internship for aspiring illustrators who want to refine their skills in a professional studio environment. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in character design, environment illustration, and visual storytelling, helping interns develop a strong portfolio while working alongside industry professionals.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Throughout the internship, you will:
- Foundations – Strengthen your skills in composition, lighting, color, and studio workflows.
- Character Illustration – Develop character design skills with a focus on anatomy, proportions, and storytelling.
- Environment Illustration – Explore worldbuilding, perspective, and cinematic compositions.
- Keyframe Illustration – Learn how to create narrative-driven illustrations for games and animation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for highly motivated and creative students or recent graduates who are eager to grow their skills and work in a professional setting.
Requirements:
- Strong foundational skills in composition, lighting, color theory, and anatomy.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Procreate, or similar digital painting tools.
- Passion for concept art and illustration with a strong artistic portfolio.
- Ability to take feedback, iterate, and improve.
- Self-driven with good time management and communication skills.
- Must be able to work onsite or relocate independently, as relocation assistance is not provided.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have!):
- Knowledge of Blender or 3D tools for paint-overs.
- Experience with photobashing techniques.
- Familiarity with game or animation pipelines.
