Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2D Animator based in our Bengaluru office. As a 2D Animator, you will be responsible for creating high quality frame by frame animations for an in-house IP. The candidate will need to ensure visual elements created are in-line with the existing art direction. You will be closely working with an extended team of artists, game designers, developers and narrative designers. The work could also involve Visual Effects and UI depending on the project.
Qualifications
- Passionate about game development and video games is a must
- Strong illustration and artistic skills
- High level of vision and creativity
- Has advanced understanding of animation principles
- Expertise in 2D frame by frame animations
- Experience and proficiency working in Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint or similar software
- An understanding of Unity3D/Unreal and prior industry experience is a plus
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient in User Interface/Experience design and animation
- Good knowledge of PC and Console games is a plus
- Comfortable in a start-up culture and fast sprint work style
