Art Director

Job Description

Lead the art team on a 2D preschool series, maintaining the visual style and ensuring all artwork aligns with the director’s vision. Guide, mentor, and coordinate artists while balancing artistic quality with production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the visual style and tone for the series with approval by the Director
• Lead and mentor the art team throughout production
• Provide feedback and maintain consistent quality
• Collaborate across departments

Requirements:

• Experience in 2D animation leadership, preferably in preschool content
• Expert in Photoshop and Animate
• Strong visual storytelling, composition, and conceptual design skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
• Please provide a link to your portfolio or samples showcasing previous work. An understanding of 2D preschool-appropriate samples are preferred if available
