💼 About the Role
We are looking for highly creative 2D Concept Artists who excel in character design, background design, and visual concept development.
You will work closely with our story, animation, and direction teams to bring cinematic, stylized, humorous, and adventure-driven worlds to life.
If you love building characters, imaginative environments, and story-driven visual assets, this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality illustrations, character concepts, turnarounds, expression sheets, and costume variations.
- Develop stylized background designs, set concepts, layout ideas, and mood explorations.
- Produce visual development art, prop designs, color keys, and overall world-building assets.
- Understand story beats and translate them into strong, appealing concept art.
- Collaborate with directors, scriptwriters, and animators to maintain visual consistency.
- Deliver clean, production-ready artwork based on the show/film’s style guide.
- Revise artwork based on team feedback.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing character art, background art, and stylized illustrations.
- Ability to match the show’s visual style and adapt to new styles when needed.
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Krita, or Procreate.
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting, anatomy, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work with deadlines and deliver consistent quality.
- Passion for animated storytelling, humor, and cinematic visuals.
Compensation
