SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital illustrations including character designs, environments, icons, and visual elements for game interfaces, marketing campaigns, branding materials, and product visuals
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional creative teams—graphic designers, animators, product designers, and marketers—to ensure cohesive and engaging visual outputs across all platforms
• Adapt illustration styles to align with diverse project needs while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to creative direction
• Participate in ideation and concept development sessions, contributing original ideas and artistic solutions to elevate visual storytelling
• Prepare illustration assets for animation or UI integration with clean layer structures and proper formatting for seamless implementation
• Maintain and expand internal illustration libraries and reusable visual assets to support scalable content production
• Stay informed about industry trends, illustration techniques, tools, and digital art best practices to drive artistic innovation and growth within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field. Candidates without a specialized degree may also be considered if they demonstrate strong relevant experience and a compelling portfolio
• 2–4 years of professional experience in digital illustration, ideally within gaming, tech, or media industries
• Proficiency in digital illustration software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate. Familiarity with Figma and After Effects is considered a plus
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, character design, color theory, composition, and brand aesthetics
• Ability to work within predefined art styles or develop new ones tailored to SoftConstruct’s gaming and digital product environments
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to visual detail
• Openness to feedback, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to iterate quickly within dynamic production cycles
