Job Description
GB Patch Games is looking for another background artist for our upcoming commercial visual novel project. Our Life: Now & Forever is a wholesome LGBTQ+ story set in a forested mountain town during fall. The game already has an existing art style, and the new artist will be required to match that style as closely as possible to help maintain the atmosphere of the game. It’s painterly with soft lines. The artist will be doing backgrounds to help supplement the work done by the current background artist because the game has so many locations.
Project Scope: Artist will be expected to produce 2-4 backgrounds per month for several months.
Project Length: The exact number of months isn’t determined; it is flexible with how long the artist can work on the project. The artist isn’t required to stay until everything for the project is done.
Budget: Please send us your usual rates.

- A contract will need to be electronically signed if you’re joining the team.
- Payments will be sent through Paypal, Zelle, or Wise.
- We’ll update this form whenever there’s news about the position.
