Job Description
The Marketing Artist produces high-quality illustrations and assets that support game campaigns across digital and print channels. Working with Product Managers, UA teams, and Live Ops Managers, they ensure consistency with each game’s artistic vision and brand identity. Guided by the Creative Agency Lead, they combine creativity and technical expertise to deliver engaging visuals that strengthen marketing impact.
Main responsibilities
- Create high-quality illustrations and assets for marketing (banners, social media, app store, promotional materials) and in-game content (splash screens, event banners, icons).
- Develop branding materials such as logos, infographics, presentations, posters, and merchandise.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for digital and print, adapting to diverse styles and project needs.
- Incorporate and adapt quickly to feedback from leads, internal teams, licensors, and stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas in meetings and help shape the creative direction of 2D assets.
- Follow artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Manage and archive design files, monitor creative performance, and provide improvement insights.
- Stay updated on design trends and propose innovative solutions to boost quality and engagement.
Key requirements:
- Strong creativity, artistic sensibility, and a keen eye for detail, with passion for innovation and new techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; solid skills in composition and layout.
- Ability to manage the full creative process independently, from asset preparation to final delivery, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to learn about game-engine content manipulation and adapt to diverse project needs.
- Online portfolio and/or demo reel required with application.
