Summary
We're looking for awesome 2D Animators to join our team for our exciting project, Maddie + Triggs. This audio-first series is founded on the principle that ‘If two kids, one sighted and one vision impaired, sit down side by side to ‘watch’ the show, neither will have a lesser experience’. We’re looking to fill several roles at the mid level. Having worked in children's animation series production is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
You have likely grown up immersed in animation, instinctively analysing movement and developing all of the traits that make for a great animator. And you probably don't need us to tell you that for most in this amazing industry, animation is a way of life.
- Animate assigned number of shots as per quota per week, comprising multiple passes and approval by your lead.
- Follow instructions of the Director to meet creative standards and production deadlines.
- Address any problems with the production team.
- Communicate progress of work to the Production Co-ordinator.
- Ensure quality and style of show is consistently achieved in animation work and that all notes/retakes are added.
- Follow file naming and storage procedures according to the production's guidelines
- Attendance is required at meetings when requested by the Production Co-ordinator and Production Manager.
Skills:
- Experience in rigged animation using Adobe Animate.
- Strong understanding of traditional 2D animation principles.
- Strong effects animation experience is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
